HAZ~MAT’s Flash Vacuum Glycol Distillation Equipment recovers glycol from used antifreeze, via a “Forced Flash Vacuum Distillation” process where it is heated, vaporized, and condensed into virgin equivalent glycol. This distilled glycol is mixed 50/50 with distilled water and re-energized with sophisticated coolant blends to create the purest “remanufactured” antifreeze available today.

Each Flash Vacuum System is custom designed to meet customer requirements, pre-assembled and skid mounted for ease of shipment and field installation by our experienced technicians. Our proprietary software automates operation and remote monitoring for maximum performance, training or trouble shooting.
