Allvac requires industrial cleaning services throughout the year to help them meet their production goals. The production schedule can’t be interrupted while the debris and slag are cleaned from the system. Allvac needs a safe and efficient solution that is completed on-time and on-budget. They need a consistent crew to come out who is familiar with the Allvac plant and the scope of work to be done.
Haz-Mat Solution
Since Allvac’s operation is shut down during the weeks of July Fourth and Christmas, HAZ~MAT uses these weeks to bring in vac trucks to handle the remediation without disturbing production. They work 12-hour shifts every day to ensure that the project is completed by the deadline, thus reducing Allvac’s cost and downtime. Allvac personnel must also complete routine equipment repair work during these downtimes, so its imperative that HAZ~MAT work efficiently so that both clean up and repair work are completed simultaneously. HAZ~MAT sends out the same crew every time creating less downtime because the technicians are already familiar with the jobsite and services required.
